Job Description:
Our company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Administrative and Content Specialist proficient in both English and French to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing some administrative tasks and creating engaging content in both languages. The candidate will work from home
Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO based in Dubai
  • Assist in commercial prospection
  • Create and translate content for marketing materials, website, and social media platforms in both English and French.
  • Proofread and edit documents to ensure accuracy in both languages.
  • Assist with research, data entry, and other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English and French (written and verbal).
  • Proven experience in administrative support and content creation.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work with a strong authonomy from home
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience working with and international environment.
  • Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the recruitment industry is an advantage
