Our client is a leading player in the Meat industry known for their quality products and exceptional service. They are seeking an experienced Sales Manager expert in FMCG products to develop their new range. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the sales strategies and contributing to our long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Lead nationwide sales to achieve sales targets.
Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
Negotiate and close agreements with large customers mainly Retail chains
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
Train and mentor sales team members on best practices for sales and customer service.
Requirements:
5 years proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role within the FMCG sector.
An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
Strong communication and team management skills.
Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
Well versed in MS Office
Availability to travel as needed.
A degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
