Compensation, Benefits, and Planning Manager - Heavy Industry
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Compensation, Benefits, and Planning Manager to design, oversee, and implement our company's compensation and benefits programs. This role will be crucial in ensuring that the company remains competitive in the market, can attract and retain top talent, and manages employee compensation and benefits cost-effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in compensation, benefits administration, or related area within the heavy industry sector.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale compensation or benefits programs.
- Strong understanding of HRIS systems and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- In-depth knowledge of all pertinent federal and state regulations, filing and compliance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) accreditation.
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Prior experience in the heavy industry sector is highly desirable.
