Senior Marketing manager

The Role 

Engage in collaborative efforts with critical stakeholders to establish marketing objectives and goals.
Conduct market research and analysis in order to ascertain the competitive landscape, target audiences, and market trends.

• Formulate all-encompassing marketing strategies and plans that are in accordance with the objectives and target demographic of the organization.
• Supervise the execution of marketing campaigns, guaranteeing their punctual completion and compliance with predetermined strategies.
• Efficiently execute procedures and frameworks to streamline marketing activities and augment cost transparency.
• Oversee and manage the marketing budget to ensure that resources are allocated efficiently.
• Recognize potential areas for cost reduction and process enhancement while maintaining quality and efficacy standards uncompromised.
• Develop metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for evaluating the efficacy of marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Conduct data analysis and generate insights in order to evaluate the efficacy of a strategy and pinpoint potential areas for enhancement.
• Generate recommendations based on data analysis in order to optimize marketing endeavors and attain ideal results.
• Leverage effective leadership to cultivate a culture of collaboration and exceptional performance within the marketing team.
• Establish explicit objectives and anticipations for members of the team, guaranteeing congruence with overarching marketing aims.
• Serve as a mentor and support team member development by assisting them in the expansion of their knowledge and abilities.
Facilitate the cultivation of ingenuity and originality among team members, promoting the creation of influential marketing initiatives.
• Facilitate the development of a unified corporate brand identity and message across all marketing platforms.
• Formulate and execute brand guidelines in order to uphold the integrity and congruence of the brand.
• Supervise the formulation and implementation of digital marketing strategies with the aim of maximizing online exposure and interaction.
• Foster interdisciplinary collaboration among marketing, product development, sales, and senior management teams to ensure that marketing initiatives are in harmony with overarching business goals.
• Foster and sustain alliances with external vendors, agencies, and partners in order to provide assistance for marketing endeavors.
• Efficiently convey marketing strategies, plans, and outcomes to stakeholders across all organizational tiers
 

Requirements 

Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree required in marketing, business administration, or a closely related discipline.
A minimum of eight to ten years of relevant marketing experience
Demonstrated proficiency in formulating and implementing marketing strategies and plans.
Geographical Understanding:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web applications
Familiarity with project management software, analytics platforms, and digital marketing tools
Business-proficient in English; Arabic is an advantage
Proficient in both leadership and administration.
Marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making expertise.
Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
Proficient in project administration
