The Certified Executive Coach will help customers transform their businesses with strategy, organizational development, and business process optimization. This involves assessing the situation and suggesting improved organizational structures, projects, programs, and procedures. The ideal applicant has good consultative, analytical, and verbal, visual, and writing communication abilities. The applicant must work well with stakeholders at all levels and generate effective results.
Duties may include:
Examine and comprehend complicated documents including plans, policies, procedures, presentations, guidelines, and internal and external memoranda.
Evaluate organizational structures, projects, programs, and procedures.
Document an organization's present capacity and programs.
Lead workshops, focus groups, workgroups, and strategy planning Design
Create narratives and visualizations in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other formats to share results.
Create emails, fact sheets, presentations, and reports to enlighten stakeholders and senior leadership and gain buy-in.
Evaluate 360 degrees
Coach executives and teams
Give coaches specific comments on actions, decisions, and team dynamics.
Requirements
BA/BS needed
ICF or similar coaching certification mandatory
Ability to work alone
Excellent interpersonal, consultative, analytical, strategic planning, and organizational skills
Strong writing and presenting skills
Technical expertise, insight, judgment, and operational emphasis
Creative, dynamic, and ethical with a good professional image
Well versed in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Executive coaching, consulting, or equivalent experience
360 and other psychometric assessment experience
Deep knowledge of adult learning, behavioral, cognitive, and social psychology
