Description

• Develop relationships with potential and current clients.
• Set and attend business meetings with clients.
• Master being the point of contact for candidates and clients in the recruitment process.
• Work closely with colleagues to achieve the best results for clients and candidates.
• Meet and exceed challenging personal and team targets.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle, from business development/generation to placement and proper follow-up.

 

Requirements
 

• With a sales background, and a proven record in this industry, you are immediately operational.
• 5 years in a similar role in the GCC
• A desire to join a fast-paced, performance oriented culture
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to utilize negotiation and influence within a conversation
• A competitive and entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong knowledge in MS Office
