Recruiter, Talent Acquisition freelancer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop talent pools on assigned positions.
  • Providing full life cycle support for the recruitment process from initiating requisitions to managing offer approvals.
  • The administration of the candidate application management process.
  • Scheduling interviews, managing calendars and conflicting priorities.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates against the requirements and briefs provided.
  • Be creative and proactive in identifying qualified candidates.
  • Arrange interviews and follow-up closely on the feedback.

Knowledge, skills & experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources or similar.
  • Advanced knowledge of ATS tools
  • Experience with end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Excellent communication, networking and interpersonal skills
  • Very strong administration skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, focused on execution with a high sense of urgency
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
