As part of the development of Saudi Market, you will be responsible:
• For deploying commercial strategies and policies on Retail and Foodservice networks in line with the great purpose and major cornerstones of the company.
• For ensuring the annual achievement in terms of volume/value of your market.
• Develop and implement the company’s sales c and marketing strategy on its market.
• Participate to the construction of the budget and long-term plan on its market from external and internal analyzes
• Be responsible of volumes and profitability defined in the budget
• Manage and monitor sales and commercial resources (sales & marketing budgets, operating budgets…)
• Contribute to the deployment of Global
• Recommend and implement the « Brands, Networks, products » Mix strategy
• Prospect and recruits new distributors on new networks
• Manage and animate distributors and its customers: negotiation of annual conditions applying the policy defined by the Sales Direction, sales animation (promotional actions and/or marketing, training, public relations…)
• Ensure the coordination between different services to optimize the KPIs of his/her markets. • Ensure a competitive intelligence, products and inform about regulatory changes…
• At least 4/5 years of progressive experience in the Export Sales function is required, and more particularly in developing Gulf countries
• Autonomy, spirit of initiative, responsiveness, anticipation, entrepreneur
• Adaptability, openness, enthusiasm
• Fluency in English and Arabic are imperative, French speaking will be a real advantage
