Job Title:                     Customer Service Representative
Job Location:              Pasig City, Metro Manila Philippines
 
Job Description and Qualifications:
  • Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Explain billing related queries to the patient specific to the statement received by the patient
  • Explain the billing cycle process to the patients and the break-up on outstanding patient balance
  • To set up payment plan/Budget plan and explain the same to the patient
  • Follow-up with Patient on any return statements due to incorrect/bad address
  • Obtain details of Payment (Credit Card/Check) from patient and post the payments.
Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any Field.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Required Skill(s): US Healthcare account handling Knowledge, MS office,
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs. Experienced Employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
