Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Location: Pasig City, Metro Manila Philippines
Job Description and Qualifications
- Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Explain billing related queries to the patient specific to the statement received by the patient
- Explain the billing cycle process to the patients and the break-up on outstanding patient balance
- To set up payment plan/Budget plan and explain the same to the patient
- Follow-up with Patient on any return statements due to incorrect/bad address
- Obtain details of Payment (Credit Card/Check) from patient and post the payments.

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any Field.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required Skill(s): US Healthcare account handling Knowledge, MS office,
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs. Experienced Employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
