Job Title: GENERAL MANAGER (European)
Job Location: MAKATI, PHILIPPINES
The jobholder will be responsible for acquisition, retention and online marketing, sales, tender responses, brand and internal / external communications. He will develop and execute the overarching strategy of the Company.
- Prepare Business Plan on business design, structure, process and operating plan and financial model.
- Conduct effective and accurate market research and apply this information to increase market share.
- Coordinate, prepare and launch new products for the assigned market(s) with cooperation of the respective sales department in the respective regions
- Responsible for interacting with foreign principals on technical support and commercial/pricing matters.
- Motivate and monitor sales commercial team, branch offices and distributors on marketing and sales activities.
- Conduct customer or training seminars as per the requirement of regions.
- Monitor and analyze all marketing and sales reports received.

- Minimum experience 15 years in FMCG of it 10 years of experience in a leadership role for a large division or company.
