Job role:
The jobholder will be responsible in Managing incoming calls, emails, orders, and customer service/ care inquiries. Generating sales leads that develop into new customers – Follow up Salesforce. Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls & orders by emails from distributors and Direct Accounts
  • Generate sales leads & coordination with distributors & Brands HQ Export service
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Anticipate orders to go from Pull to Push approach in coordination with our distributors Supply chain contacts
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication and meetings
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and orders handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, samples requests, claims and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers and push Sales promotions
  •  Lates products and innovations , as well as promotions based on Yearly action plans to distributors & Direct Accounts
  • Anticipate orders needs, and optimize always on top distributors orders ( by pallets, by nb of cartons) to optimize space and sales based on minimum orders and extra discount

  • At least Bachelors degree/ Diploma in Secretarial course
  • Knowledge in emails & phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Should know how to handle email correspondence
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Must be fluent in English
