- Provide communications advice and support in managing the reputation of the organization.
- Act as relations manager for access to the operational team
- Communicate with the Head Office as regard to processes and operations, and relay said information to Dubai Office
- Develop and manage the process for monitor and evaluating communications output
- Ensure the execution of policy as relayed by the Head Office
- Ensure communications produced by the operational team meets the needs of the commissioning lead
- Ensure the resources of the operational team are appropriately managed to ensure all demands are met and meet needs
- Coordinate operational team’s development to the Head Office
- Day-to-day management of the organization’s administration, finance, communications, customer support, and other office functions as may be required.
- Carrying out any other duties as and when required in support of the Company’s goals and objectives.

- Collate, analyze and evaluate data effectively

- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Administration works
- Experience in Retail (furniture and Home appliances) is an Advantage
- Network operations and market knowledge
- Proven Track record
- Similar industry in the middle east
- Good understanding of legal contracts and UAE compliances
